Order Processing & Shipping Times
Astral Treats ships orders Monday through Friday directly from our facility. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking code via email. If you experience any issues tracking your package, contact us at orders@astraltreats.com.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most U.S. states; however, due to state regulations, we are unable to ship to:

Why don’t you ship to my state?
Some states have laws that conflict with federal regulations under the 2018 Farm Bill. To ensure compliance, we have adjusted our shipping operations. If regulations change, we will reassess and keep you informed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
Missing or Incorrect Items?
If your order arrives with damaged, missing, or incorrect products, take a photo of the items and your order sheet immediately. Email us at orders@astraltreats.com with a brief description, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you did not purchase Route shipping protection, we are unable to refund or replace lost or stolen packages outright. However, USPS Ground Advantage and Priority shipments are automatically insured for up to $100 (including postage). You can file a claim directly with USPS here: USPS Claims.
We ship to the exact address you provide at checkout. If our system flags an issue, we will reach out for verification. If we do not receive confirmation within 2 business days, your order will be shipped as originally entered. Please double-check your shipping details—if the address is incorrect and you did not opt for Route Protection, we will not be able to replace your order.
